Looking in the mirror

I know that I had a very vivid dream last night, but once I woke up, all of it was gone except this one part:
Something had just happened, and I was hugging this man. I remember things about this man, but he is not someone I know in life, nor does he bear any significant resemblance to anyone I know. I remember looking into the mirror and seeing us hugging, except I could not see his face, just his body, his head was turned away from the mirror. I could see my face clearly in the mirror, as I was looking right at myself. This part stuck out in particular because for as long as I can remember, I haven't been an active part of my dreams, and for all that I can recall, I've never seen myself, or looked at myself in a dream. Is there any significance to this? Thanks for any guidance you might be able to give!
