Ants on face - red bumps

Had a dream last night where I was at my sink in my bathroom, I had what appeared to be black marks all over my face. I leant in closer to the mirror and they turned out to be ants (not sure of size), I brushed them off and then I had red bumps (again, not sure of size) all over my neck, and bottom half of my face.

I think it may have something to do with my addiction of nicotine (had a few too many last night out on the town), the bumps on my throat (red, ie. raw) highlighting the negativity in regards to tobacco/nicotine.

Would love to hear some ideas/thoughts in regards to this
