Back quite a few years ago (I was in 8th grade I believe) and I had a horrible dream that my mom got killed in a car accident. She reached down to get a cigarette that had rolled out of the ashtray and onto the floor under her feet, and got ran over by a 18 wheeler truck. Everyday after that I begged her to let me take the school bus home instead of her comming to pick me up. Because my family (mainly the women on my mom's side) has a history of dreaming of how a family member will die, and shortly after it happens just like how they dream it. About two weeks later she was comming to pick me up from school, she had a certin spot in which she parked so I could see her and know I didn't have to take the bus. Her spot was empty. I collapsed to the floor crying and screaming. It took 4 full grown men to restrain a 5'2'' 120 pound girl, because I thought my mom had gotten killed. About 10 mins later my mom walks into the class room that was now empty except for me and 2 of my teachers. I ran to my mom to hug her with such force I knocked her to the floor. As she picked up my pack she said "Kimberly we need to talk." When we got to the car she said "It happened. Your dream of me getting killed almost happened.
I remember you telling me that my cigarette fell under my feet and a 18 wheeler hit me. So when my cigarette fell, I left it, and sure enough if I hadn't swearved to the right I would have gotten hit, and most likely would have died." She smiled wiped my hair out of my face, kissed me on my forehead and said "Baby, you have the gift. Please never ignore a dream of something happening to someone you love." About a year ago, I dreamed of my husband who is a fire fighter getting caught inside a building, but eventually getting out but with some burns to his face, mainly his ears. A few days later that happened. 6 months ago I dreamed of some unknown fire fighter having a floor collapse on him, he broke both legs but his crew was able to get him out. Later that day I talked to my husband and asked if anything "interesting" had happened that shift and he said "Yeah, about 3 hours ago one of our guys had a floor collapse on him. He landed wrong and broke both his legs, but the crew was able to get him out."

I remember the first time I ever had a dream actually happen-- it was when I was nine years old. I had a dream that my grandparents were going to make a "surprise visit". The next day, they came unexpectedly. My parents wondered why I wasn't surprised!
Also I had a dream last month that my parents were going to sell their house... and they told me last week they were putting it on the market. As far as dream interpretation goes I've had a few experiences when the dream interpretation happened. I don't think I can recall any off the top of my head though. |

Last year, I dreamed that my best friend of 25 years told me she was pregnant. She even told me the date of her conception.
It bugged me so much, That I emailed her about my dream. To make a long story short, my dream was exactly right, and I told her a few days before her positive pregnancy test. I also dreamed about her having boys. SHe ended up having identical twin boys. I also dreamed that a colleague was not at work. The date on the calendar in my dream, was the next day in real life. I got to work the next morning, and my coworker was not there. He called in sick. My best friend and I are close at heart, though she lives several states away. I can understand why I dreamed about her. I'm not particularly close to my coworker, though we work in the same field. SO I'm not sure why I dreamed about him.
