Stars & Oceans and Strangenes

In my dream I was at the house I lived at nearly two years ago. We were outside, it was night and I was staring up at the sky. The stars were extraordinarily bright and as I watched, they began to align. As three or four stars moved together, a line appeared connecting them. After a moment they continued moving and more stars were doing the same thing. Different amounts, some at the same time. I told those who were around me and they looked up as well.

Then my dream morphed into looking at the Earth, instead of the sky. Suddenly, the oceans were receding. The continents were increasing. Australia was connected to Indonesia and India. California became huge, so did Hawaii. Japan disappeared into the bulk of China...At that point of course everyone was talking about the world ending. It was like I was listening to the news, talking to friends and family and in a conference all at once. It was a complete assault of information.

I was woken very soon after and did not want to go back to sleep. Interpretations please? I am very confused...yet hopeful.

I once dreamed of seeing the earth from a high sky point, but I couldn't find much of an interpretation from this book for that kind of dream.
