I am somewhere but not sure where exactly, but it's illuminated with sunlight. My guy interest (same one as always you can see my old posts for that) kisses my neck and cheek on the right side. He whispers that he wants me/cares for me, but I don't remember the exact words. Maybe I am not seeing the fact he cares? Also it's weird that in my dreams he always kisses me in those same areas, never on the lips, how come?

I am unsure who your guy interest is...I have yet to see your other posts. If you are having many dreams with this man...then I believe it is a straight forward dream about intimacy. Intimacy does not always mean a sexual relationship. It could also mean a deeper level of commitment to a current relationship (male or female). I believe he has never kissed you on the lips yet because lips are very personal. You may be close to someone but perhaps not as commited as he/she or as willing to allow personal exposure of yourself (be it in mind, spirit or body). Be well.
