a dream with my daughter
I had a strange dream the other night. My daughter came in and told me that she was dating a black man. I said great what are you doing. All of a sudden she said she was leaving. So I slapped on her on the face really hard.Than I woke.
In real life my daughter has been upset about a guy I tried setting her up with. They had a misunderstanding that she wanted to clear up. She is really confused of how to go about it. SO don't know if this has anything to do with it.A

I believe your dream is just an anxiety dream about your daughter's way of dealing with relationships. As you said...she is literally confused about how to go about making amends or explaining the misunderstanding to this person. I believe you may be frustrated that she is not acting quicker to resolve the issue.
