Dreamt of delivering a baby(please interpret)

This is one of the clearest dreams I have ever had and it felt somewhat real and susequently scared me...
I was on a bed on my back and a few people I felt I knew rushing around as if busy...I was sweating and scared and eventually realised I was supposed to be delivering a child.. Someone shouted 'you have to do it now' and I said I was scared...I was thinking about the pain...Then without much effort it started coming out...I saw a little head and then little shoulders and I couldn't feel any pain at all...I was so relieved and happy...
Then it moved to a house...With dangerous and scary looking men outside...My family of 5 was with me and I was frightened for all of them...I was telling them to be quiet and not to give the men any reason to turn their attention towards us...Then I woke up...
I haven't had a dream I remembered for a long time...Nor have I ever dreamed of having a baby...or being scared of people...I always felt I can fight! Let me know what anyone thinks of this...Thx
