A dream about death

I had a dream about death. As in, the Reaper.
I can't remember it too clearly, but i'll try give as much detail I can.
I remember holding a snow-globe type thing, it had swirling colors, red and green I remember, and there was a voice and face inside of it, it was telling me things, but I can't quite remember what. :{ Anyways, I was with a friend, and I heard a knock on the door, I answered, and it was the Reaper. He had no scythe, and he held out his hand, and I gave him the globe, and he gave me something else. I took a glimpse at what was in my hand, and it was red. That's all I remember, I wish I had taken a better look at it.
Another thing, when I looked at the reaper, I saw his face very clearly, he was really scary looking, but I didn't feel scared by him, just his appearance. His face was a normal skull, but he had eyes. Which I didn't normally think the reaper had. Infact, when I visualise him, I think of not being able to see his face at all. x{

Anyways, I hope that was helpful enough, I'd love to hear what any of you think.

Alright, my sister was going through my dream step-by-step, and I remember a few more things. I'm not sure what kind of information would be helpful, by the way.
First off, I remember me and my friend were sitting on stairs that were going up, it was very bright in the room, sun light, not artificial. I was sitting on the left of my friend. When I opened the door towards myself, the reaper was standing there, and I held the globe out to him unhesitatingly(if that's a word). When he went to take it, his skeletal hand was very close to mine, and it almost felt like he was trying to seduce me into touching it, I had a very strong urge to do so, but it was kind of like my friend, that I was sitting on the stairs with, sent me a mental message, "Don't." It reminded me that if I did touch him, I'd be dead. Also, the woman in the globe seemed to be advising me. It was a stern kind of thing, and I almost didn't want to accept it, but knew I had to.

Before this dream happened, I had a different one, it was all black, kind of like a void, my sister was there, and she threw me a red and green apple. It was a kind gesture, it was like she was sharing, and she had more apples already. I told her and her friend about my dreams, her friend said that apples, and red fruits, symbolize the heart of a woman. I told her I was sitting on the left, and she said that the left was the feminine side, so she thought it was interesting that I recieved the symbol of a woman's heart, and that I was on the left side. My sister's friend also says that red symbolizes power.

We were kinda discussing it, and we figured somethings out:
1. We think that I made a deal with death.
2. We think that the dreams were connected, in that the apple symbolized something, and that it was the globe in my next dream.
3. We think that I traded (possibly) someone's soul in return for whatever the reaper gave me.

Anyways, those are just a few more things I thought to share.
