Strange Dreams of Flying and Mirrors

I use to be big into flight simulators on the computer, so I started on the lawn of my old highschool, where there was a line for something. I go to the front, and there was a VATSIM FLight Controller (Vatsim is an addon to flight simulator so you can fly with others, and air traffic controllers). Anyways, after hanging around a bit, I see this older couple. I'm playing with my iPod touch, and they ask me what it is, and I show them. They then invite me to go on a flight with them, so I do. THe odd thing is that I'm not sure my brain knew how to construct a plane, because it felt normal, but it was just a flying bench seat, with a propeller in front (that was not attached to anything), with no sides, floor, or roof. Anyways, I go on a round trip to an area I used to drive through to go to my grand mother's place, and I see a friend of the family. I walk around a bit talking to the couple, and we take off again.

The next thing I know, I'm in a hospital. I walk down the hall (I'm currently sick anyways), and look in a mirror. I don't see a reflection of myself, but two people from my highschool (two girls), one standing infront of the other, with blank looks. This continues every time I look in a mirror. I remember going to the bathroom, and waking up (which I think was followed by me going to the bathroom after I woke up as well).

Doesn't make much sense does it?

EDIT: Both the girls were once people I had crushes on.
