I have this recurring dream

Hi I am new to this site but it all seems very interesting. I wondered if anyone could help me figure out this dream I keep having. Its not every night but a couple times a week.

In real life I am married.
In my dream we are only dating and living seperate it seems we are in a fight although there isnt a fight in the dream. I try to call him and he wont answer the phone so I leave him alone for a few days. Then I realize I havent tried to call him in awhile so I quickly pick up the phone to call him and he does answer and I try to get us to talk and to get together, but he is being stubborn and I get upset. Then I wake up and I am relieved my husband is right next to me in bed.... its weird. I dont understand why I keep having the dream.
Any ideas would be great.
