Such a strange dream last night - can someone help?

Hi, I had this dream last night and I am having trouble figuring it out..


I am moving into a friends apartment and I have a variety of friends here from my past and present and everyone is in a hurry to go somewhere and I have to go to the restroom. My friend does not have normal toilets, they are manual (2 types)!! Her Dad installed them all and they look like they are homemade. The first one has to have a water hose constantly running and it made me nervous because the water is leaking onto the floor. I try and I can't go. So my friend tells me she had another bathroom with a different toilet to try. She brought me to this bathroom but it was dirty. She seems upset but says she will clean it. Once it is clean I am able to sit down and go to the restroom but when I try to flush the toilet I notice that there are bugs in the bottom of the toilet in which I try to throw away but my friend said they should be there because they were probiotic and then my brother appeared to help me pick up the bugs. Then I am in my childhood home with the same brother and we are there hanging out when another brother of mine says he has a bat upstairs! He brings the bat downstairs and I am so scared I hide. It seems as though the bat was spitting yellow stuff and I decided to help people get it off them. I don't remember much after that - I must have woken up. This was a wierd one because it combines a lot of the separate dreams that I have been having into one dream.

Does it make sense to anyone???

Hi,
Sometimes when you're tired your dreams try to keep you from waking up for as long as possible. In the sleep you probably felt like using the toilet at ane time and the dream tried to put off by the strange contraption and the bugs. In short the dream is divrting you from wanting to go by by focusing your mind on other things.

Toilets in dreams signify the release of emotions. You are having trouble doing so as ther are obsticles in the way. The bugs could be a play on words; "what is bugging you?" and the dirty toilet means that something has to get cleaned up , cleared up before you can move forward with how you are really feeling.

Hello, I have just finished this email and have decided to come back to the beginning to explain a couple of things. First of all this dream tells you that there is a process within you, (offered by the subconscious mind) that helps you to address things that really bother you...you will see what I mean when you read. Next I want to tell you that I have read this dream a line at a time...this technique is pretty good about getting to the core of the dream and what is trying to be conveyed to you by the subconscious mind. If you still do not know what this is about, overlay it to your life at the present and when you lived in the home that you mention, when you were younger.
Often reading dreams using this "line at a time" technique the dream seems to state and restate things over and over...sorry about this but it signifies that your mind is boldly trying to get the message to you.

My friend does not have normal toilets, they are manual (2 types)!! Her Dad installed them all and they look like they are homemade. The first one has to have a water hose constantly running and it made me nervous because the water is leaking onto the floor.This first toilet has to do with a recurring situation ( if is did not recur it is something that bothers you from time to time, also one that you need to seek resolution or release of emotions (like Katydid suggested). I agree that this dream truly indicates that there are "things" that need to be dealt with. There is a clue as to what the subconscious mind is trying to introduce to you. It tries to differentiate this "situation" from others that also have bothered you (and have not been resolved). It shows that this one is a bit different OR perhaps your mind is trying to refine it's symbolism a bit so that you better know that, which needs resolution. It shows that you would need to go to a different toilet to do so. It shows that what is bugging you is something that is new (as opposed to something that you deal with on a recurring basis,nevertheless it is something that you feel is disgusting, or difficult to deal with.)
