Wierd vision backed up with Factual information

In the dream I knew that the US just had a major event, had the "feeling" that it was a nuclear attack and I was on a plane, on which there was many panicked draftees, as I later interperted it. I was the only calm one and I was telling the others to calm down. It got so bad some man went up and screamed at us all. Then it switched over to a MEPS like facility [military enterance processing station] and there were hundreds, if not thousands of other draftees getting checked for military ability. I passed and got my uniform [ACU] Army Combat Uniform and got assigned to a unit, "Army North", with a patch on that was blue and had stars. And it ended. When I awoke I thought of the patch and how vivid "Army North" was so I looked it up online and not only does "Army North" exsist, but its a US unit that deals with homeland defense, and I was dead on with the unit patch. I belive its based on the west coast, and thats weird becuase im moving there. Someone have anything to say about that/interpert?

Well it could be that the feeling of attack could come from the fact that no one wants me to sign up for the Army, and they keep bugging me about it and that would reflect on how im calm about my descion to join because I believe its what I should do and others are not. But it still doesnt explain the facts I found out such as "Army North" and the unit patch I saw in my dream actually turned out to be real, even though ive never seen/heard of them in my life. I looked them up on google the day after I had the dream.

If you are that keen to join the army, I'm shore you done some homework on it and you read about Army North, and seen the unit patch but forgot about experience. Your subconscious has acces to to all. I'm sure if you go back a bit you'll find that you read about it, or actually seen it.

I do know a few things about the Army; im in Army JROTC, the only units we talk about are the well known ones like the 101st, 10th mountain etc, and i still dont what there unit patches look like. But the fact is that I never heard of US Army North, let alone see there patch, and that is why I took the time to find a site like this that could offer some explainations.

I tend to agree with the above. The subconscious picks up stuff we do not consciously process. We do not even realize we have the information that gets shown to us in our dreams. It could have signifigance though. . .in projecting your ideals and aspirations maybe you could imagine yourself working for Homeland Security. This is how our real life goals begin. . .by dreaming. ..either subconsciously or through our daydreams. Good luck in your military career and I am glad you feel confident in your decsion.
