A dream with my cousin in it

I had a dream last night that must have been set about 6 months in the future or about next fall . how do I know that you ask ? I know because in the dream my cousin who is 17 and a senior in high school ( whom I havnt seen in real life in about 6 years ) is in college as an art student.

It starts off with meeting her in the airport and my family is happy to see for the first time in 6 years, it then switchs to seeing her in college going to art classes , i follow her around and watch her even though she cant see me. She is wearing one of the biggest back packs i ve ever seen , it was bigger than her , she struggles to walk and i cant do anything to help her because i am like a ghost-like state , she goes down really old stone stairs and she falls down and lands on her back unable to get up , a surge of dirty water then floods down the stairs, she ends up all wet and she just stays there in a depressed state.

If any one can tell me whats is going on i would appreciate it

Also I would like say that that night i have used valerian root and b6 vitamins before i went to bed , makinfg this a very vivid and realistic dream . i highly reccomend using these products
