Twin boys...

I dreamed of having twin boys, one w/blonde hair /brown eyes and the other brown hair/blue eyes. I had a c-section in the dream and I stitched myself up eventhough I've never stitched a wound before. I remember thinking in the dream "wow this doesn't hurt at all", but the stitches came apart and my aunt, who is a seamstress in real life, offered to stitch me up better so I allowed her. The boys were already around 2 or 3 and playing together then I saw 2 people talking and one said to the other "see, I told you" regarding the birth of the twins, then the other person ran over to make sure it was true and they just gawked in amazement/disbelief.

Any thoughts?
