A Mystic Ibis Gives The Gift Of Bright Colors

I also dreamed I was in a clean city. I was walking along what I expected to be a busy street, but there was no traffic at a time of day the streets of any city would be very busy. This felt like a good thing, that this represented calm, quietness, and a high level organization in my life. There was a large stone, domed building with 2 big oak wooden doors on the front. The building was quite long with a dome in the middle. I opened the doors and walked right in. I walked right into a huge court yard with a long rectangular reflecting pool in the middle with neatly mowed grass and small trees all around it. Birds were sitting along side the water's edge. I walked up to the birds and they were all ibis birds! They were all ducks when I first walked in, but then, the ducks transformed into all ibis birds after my encounter with a tall bird I didn't recognize, as if the ibis were disguised as ducks and revealed themselves later. There were red ibis, black ibis & white ibis. One very tall wading bird walked up to me. She was from a species I didn't recognize. She had the proportions of a crane. She had peach orange feathers, golden eyes, light blue around her face and bill, and she had a straight, yellow bill. She didn't make any sound. She was showing off, flapping her wings and dancing like an ostrich, telling me I needed to pay attention to her. Her mate walked up to me. He was not as brightly colored. He was all brown. He turned into an Englishman in a nice suit and bowler hat. He told me about her. He said, "She's a very special bird. There is no other bird like her. Appreciate her." I sure appreciated her coming up to me and spending time with me. When she left, I felt like she gave me a gift, the kind of gift that isn't tangible, but more of an ability. It sounds strange, but I felt like I was given the gift of bright colors. I saw all the brightly colored ibis bird and I was told by these birds I will have bright colors like they have. I was captivated by the bright colors and I will have the same affect on others. People will be in awe because of my bright colors. This was a great honor. I never even thought of myself of even wearing brightly colored clothes but I was going to manifest very bright colors through my own skin!

The bird will wade into the water hunting by feel with it's curved beak for crustations, fish, frogs, and will also eat fruit and seeds. It nests in trees. Both sexes are colorful. Imature birds are brown. The bird was highly revered by the Egyptians.

Wow, pretty neat dream. The ibis here I believe represents the Holy Spirit trying to get your attention about something. Being told to take care of this bird may mean cherishing His presence in your life and not forgetting that it is there. Being given the ability to shine colors like the birds may mean God using you to reach different types of people, revealing the many facets of His character to them through you. I also believe it may mean a far-reaching influence that will come from His spirit. Hope this wasn't too deep...these are just some suggestions, search out the Lord for further meaning, He will answer .
