Same dream 10+ years apart?

I remember having some relatively recent dreams that I also had a child. Anything special about "recurring" dreams that are, say, 10 years apart?

As an example, there's a dream in which all I see is a flat background of many different colors, freely flowing all over the place, as if someone is mixing thousands of different paints. In the foreground, I see white swans walking (though there is no visible medium for them to be walking on, I just see the swans and the background of colors everywhere).
