Dream about long tapeworms coming out of my mouth

Hello fellow dreamers,

Last night I had a dream about a long tapeworm coming out of my mouth. Any ideas or interpretations about this dream? Has anyone had a similar dream?

If dreamt he spited out feces and people ran away from him means he is a poet and he satires people.

well a mouth could often link to thinsg said./ So have you said something bad or said something a little insensitive. The dream amybe your minds way of recogising the trouble caused.
