Afraid of Abandoning My Son
My younger son and I were running around in a small blue car. I had to get new tires pur on the car, so we waited, I paid the bill, and we drove off. However, when I spoke to him there was no reply. "Oh no!" I thought and I promptly turned around and sped back towards the store where I had purchased the tires. I heard something in the back hit the floorboard and someone exclaim, "What's going on, Dad?!" He was only asleep and I was so relieved that both of us had a good laugh about.
