I died and was at my own viewing

Can you help me with this disturbing dream? It started with me sitting on a sofa next to a girl friend of mine. I noticed that the room was filled with all my friends and family. I asked my girlfriend a question (don't remember what it was) but, she acted like she didn't hear me. I tried again but she continued to ignore me. I was confused. Upon looking more closely around the room I noticed we were all at someone's funeral home viewing. Curious, I got up and slowly walked over to the casket. When I looked inside, it was me! This is when I woke up extremely startled... very upset... heart racing. The more I thought about it the more upset I got. It made me cry. This dream occured years ago and to this day upsets me everytime I think of it.

Dream language interpretation is an ancient science of allusions and pointing of the surrounded environment, as Mr. Einstein has said the events are like train stations which exist and we are moving towards them, these are prewritten destiny with some authority ( in decision making seconds) in very full details. About the approximate interpretation time table: Dreams at noon or exactly at midnight( In the summer time 13 at noon and 1 midnight else at 12)in the same day if past a few minutes, a few days later. Dreams at 10-11 in the morning in 15-30 days later. Also dreams at 3-4 in the evening in 1-2 months .Dreams in the sunset mostly are not truthful and are messed, they have no interpretations, Dreams at 4-5 in the morning in a few days to 2 months some dreams in the holy books( Josef dream of kneeling the sun and the moon and 11 stars)was interpreted after 20 years and other dreams of the Pharaoh's prisoners interpreted in the same day and after 7 years. Dream of Pharaoh about the 7 thin cows and 7 fat cows interpreted from the next year to 14 years. Also dreams in 6th of the month will interpret after 1-2 days, in 9th at the same day, in 10th after 20 days, in 13th after 9 days in 14th after 26 days and in 15th after 3 days, in 16th after 2 days and in 28th ,29th ,30th in the same day, but these are solar (Persian months and you should refer to a calendar or convert them) . Of course there are different kinds of dreams , like messy dreams which have no interpretations or deja vu dreams, or psychological dreams or dreams which are caused by bad food or drinks.

I know that it will be hard to believe that this dream is really pretty common.
When I see it and have the luxury of finding out background of the dreamer, usually of two things has occurred.

First and most common, We are curious by nature. This is how we as a species learn. Zeroing in a bit closer...we are curious to know what others see in us, how they feel, and how they view us as a person.
When we see ourselves in a situation such as the one depicted in your dream, it gives us an opportunity to find out, from an objective perspective, how others feel about us.
Even though you did not give much in the way of detail of conversations or emotions that you saw during your dream, you can still reflect back and try to capture the true feelings of others and how they view you.

Next, I do see this dream when someone has a rather self destructive streak within themselves. In this case the dream would remind the dreamer of his own mortality and that continued dangerous behavior will lead to death.

well dreams are very symbolic sometimes. If it upset you its probable that it did have some rather negatuive trigger. But on the other hand deeply upseting dream stymbolism may have some rather innocent and innocuous explantion. If you hear people talk about you its rather like being at your own wake/. They talk about you as if you are already defeated and beaten. But this long after I would try to forget the dream.
