Riding the Hayabusa
Hello everybody!
I had a dream in which I got a very powerful bike (Suzuki Hayabusa). My father hands over the ignition key of the bike to me right in front of my home. I start the bike and drive on the residential complexes around my home to take it out on the highways, so that I could drive it fast. I drove the bike very carefully on the narrow roads, because the sheer power of this bike could be a threat, both for me and the pedestrians. Generally, this kind of a bike is very rare in India, not for any other reason, but because it is practically impossible to drive it all the time on congested Indian roads. I finally reach the highway and select the left corner of the road as my lane, because it was relatively free. I shift gears up and drive it faster, step by step. I had to be very meticulous in accelerating, because with every millimeter of twist on the accelerator, the bike is exuding naked aggression on the road. The bike is just unbelievably powerful and I can promise I could feel the torque, the power, the acceleration, etc, as if I were really driving the bike. I could hear the uproar of the engine very clearly. I drove the bike, as fast as I could, throttled it to the limits till where I felt it was safe. The bike did it easily, but it was the fastest two wheeler ride of my life. Nobody could even think of overtaking me because I am on this beast. After the ride, in the dream itself I feel that I should buy one for myself, because it was not my own bike, in the dream.
I must also mention that I’ve had dreams prior to this, in which I drive a car or a bike. On those dreams, I wanted the vehicle to go faster, but for some reason, it wouldn’t. In this dream, I drove the bike as fast as I wanted to.
