Decapitated Head in Backpack

I was walking down to my bus-stop; I had lost my backpack. I walk to the stop, and I see a large backpack (half my height) on the corner of the intersection. (It's winter time, dark, snow is everywhere.) I go up to the back pack, which is half frozen from the bottom up. I open the front compartment - papers. I open the second compartment and I find a decapitated female head, frozen and slightly mutilated.

The dream interrupts and shifts to the inside of a car. There is a male driving the car on the right side and shooting an AK47 out the window. On the left side is the female, who's head I found, still alive, but with severe blood wounds. She opens a compartment in the car, while the male is still shooting, and takes out a metal fork. She stabs the male in the eye. The car crashes. I saw the car scene through the eyes of the female (I myself, am a male)...

My dream shifts back to the bus stop. I put the head back in the back pack, and I inform my mates at the stop about what I saw (there are 2 from real life, I see them every school day). They seem too calm. I call 911, misdialing the first time. I tell the operator (who seems very calm also) about what I saw. They say "help is on the way." After waiting in the dream, still nothing happens. I'm scared now, and I start running back home (1/2 mile). At this point, I wake up.

On first note, I never really remember my dreams to well, but this one was especially vivid. What does the head in the back pack suggest? I couldn't recognize the head; why did my dream interrupt to that car scene? Is this dream just an expression of suppressed stress or something more complicated?

Maybe the female represents a part of you that you have abandoned? And your subconsciousness is reminding you not to neglect that part of you? And maybe your dream is telling you that you need to help yourself rather than waiting for someone to help you or relying on others?

Are things ok at school? Maybe the schoolbag represents the pressure from school?/ As it grew in size I am guessing that also represents the size of your stress.

The calmness in your friends is probably also representing you, that you are unconcerned with things you should. I dont know.
