When an ex is in your dream

First off I would really like to know if you are dreaming about someone are they dreaming about you at the same time? Kind of like a telepathy dream.

Ok so here is my dream...
My ex and I have not been together or seen eachother for almost a year. I moved to another state and ever since I have moved I have had alot of dreams about him. Most of them are just casual contact. But this one is the one and only one that we have ever had physical contact in. Nothing sexual, just a kiss, but this wasn't just a kiss good bye. It was a passionait kiss, one that feeling and emotion. When we seperated this time, I felt like it was for good. But I have felt like it was for good with the other two break ups as well and he came back. I have been told by many that we have a deep conection to eachother and this is why I can't let go. I've been told that he can't either. So when we dream of an ex are they dreaming of us at the time?
