Having a former friend give info

I have dreams of a friend who vanished out of my life with no closure. In every dream she tells me something important, usually it is school related or a word I needed during the day.

Last time I dreamed of her she told me the name of the shape of DNA which I could not remember for a quiz at work when I was working in a lab. I could remember the shape but not the name of the shape.
In teh dream she whispered in my ear "double helix" and showed me an image. This isnt something she would have known IRL or would haev been interested in knowing.
I just find it weird that I dream of someone who I am not on good terms with, and in every dream she gives me a gift of information. I am not kidding she always tells me something inportant.

He said; what I dream is like mirage one thinks it is water but when arrive at there is nothing. I said; how do you say it is like mirage and you ate sweets and pickles and were happy and sad he said; because what I dream when I arrive at it is nothing. I said: have you ever had sex in the dream and your hearts beat, have you ever had wet dream about a woman or man. You know him or don’t know He said many times said had you orgasm and when you woke up you were wet then this is not mirage.
He said: dreaming orgasm is just like the real life .I said this is my reason that soul Knows everything although senses are dead and can’t see or hear of course you shouldn’t deny that soul in addition of the senses knowledge recognition in the waking life after vanishing the senses has sex with them then it recognizes the things after going senses and now you understand that the soul itself is guiding the senses and is their governor and none of the senses can’t do anything without soul; if the soul goes ahead body wasn’t get back and if soul gets back the body won’t go ahead with the soul the happiness comes and with it the ache is received if a sense is damaged the soul is remained but if the soul is damaged senses can work properly.

This is all too interesting to me! The mind is totally incredible in it's processes. From time to time I have a similar situation with a voice, a real voice (I do not know who's it is) that chimes in to help me. When this has happened, it has been life changing to me (in fact I would not be here if I had not been warned on a couple of occasions). I am in no way, meaning to turn this around to be about me but you have hit a chord and it blows me away every time I think of it.

At first it startled me because it was a real voice and I was alone the car...I have since read about my "type" of situation and I see your's as probably a related process of the mind. I just have not heard of this happening in non crisis situations, (although not having the answer in a quiz is definitely a crisis for some).
I have found "the voice" (at least for me) to be there when least expected and it has walked me through a few life or death situations). Now, being cut of stereotypical engineering fabric, I was doubtful that this was real but I know without a doubt, I am certain that is very real. I thank you for sharing your experience...I don't classify it as a dream but I know now, it is a gift!!

Although I dont quite understand the post above yours Sailr yous is interesting. These are never crisis situations and the person and I havent talked for about 4 years. Its always something silly and small, but information. I usually wake up after I get my answer

Sounds morre like one of your spirit guieds. They are around you all the time and know when you need the help. They will come to you in your dreams and will appear to be of someone that you know as a form of getting your attention.

I think you think too highly of a friend who, as you say yourself, walked away from your friendship without closure. This, to me, is what your dream indicates. Learn how to have the information yourself, or realise that you have always had or are able to access the important information yourself, and I suspect dreams of your friend "saving" you with important pieces of information will likely cease.
