The High Road/ Running / Crying

I dreamnt that I went to my ex-boyfriend's house. There I am looking for him but can't seem to know where he is or find out where he is. I talk to someone there but can't remember who and say that I'm leaving and to tell him thank you. I go and I start walking when I see his car arrive and he is with this guy I can't stand. I keep observing him and as I leave I bump into my god-father and he is crying intensely (his wife died about 6 months ago). I ignore him and keep watching my ex. I see the other guy give him money and this other guy begins cutting his hair but like never before. He cut's off too much on the side sort of like an army cut. The I start running out of his 'barrio' or neighborhood. and all the sudden i'm shirtless and wearing a backpack and have long hair. I keep running and A Friend of mines yells,"He's crazy going up that way and he always goes through this." I run up the highway but it seems they repaired it. and it is perfect cement color. There is a bridge at first, and i run up it but then i reach like half way and realize it extends like a highway road to the heavens and begin running up it. I then choose not to and there is kind of a barrier where I'm reaching and hit hard against my head. I get up and there is a car (red) next to me, I use it to get up and a peice of it falls off where I grab (A long strip of gold metal.) I run up now what seems to be like the highway only now its going straight ahead. In my mind I just want to go home. I know I have to clear the highway first and then make a left turn. When I clear the white cemented road I see a police officer in brown uniform and get scared cuase I think he is going to believe that I stole what i have in my hands. He crosses to the right, right in front of me. So I ditch the metal behind some grass on the floor to my right. And continue up a road instead of going left, and home. [I wake up...(exactly at 400am too...)]

[Please if you can, help, I have no Idea what it all means.]

You usually fall aslep in a bad sleeping position, sitting up or slouching forward. There is also the condition that you have to wake up soon. The combination produces the most strange dreams there is.
Dont give the dream any meanings, it is about what you think about while you're napping. In a nap you never fall into a deep sleep and your thoughts are always near the surface.
