A little perspective needed

Hi, this is maybe a nightmare rather, but if anyone can help with the interpretation that would be great.
I dreamt that I was passing a church and there were some lady elders sitting around a table outside and in their hands were shimmering shell like stones (flat and oval) they would put their hands out and the shells would dance up into the air in different variations. There was a big crowd around the table and I was very curious so I pushed forward and asked what it was about. The one lady threw the stones up - a shimmery, pearly blue colour and when they were up, she said - dont worry you will find love.
Then another one looked at the stones and said that I have evil in me - they looked at me warily. I said no, it was just sadness and wastn't that an evil of the world. They said well then maybe someone was standing in my path and they gave me a brochure to understand the meaning of the stones, which as I turned the pages turned into a book. It was full of those old pictures of how the devil used to be drawn with hooves (goatlike) and cards that had 9 swords on them.

This dream confuses me as I am not into the whole good and evil thing, personally I think there is good and bad in everything.
