Man with long hair?

Please help. I have been looking in dream dictionaries and have found a lot of information about seeing yourself with long hair but not someone else with long hair.

I had a dream last night.The man I first loved, who did not love me in return, and is now one of my good friends, although we have not spoken for almost a year, made a guest appearance last night. He had really, really long stringy hair that went down to his feet. This is really odd because he always has really short hair from being in the military and getting annoyed with it when it grows too long.

What does seeing someone else with really really long hair mean? Help!
