Hi, anyone come across this kinda dream before?

Hey, nice forum you people have here, i like it.
I have been looking around in dream dictionaries trying to find the meaning of seeing yourself in dreams and about fearing, but came accross nothing that mixes the 2 lol. Two nights ago i had a dream that makes me curious, and was hoping that someone could give some insight.

I was with my girlfriend and the place was pretty dark, then all of the sudden, another me kinda popped outa no were and it scared me, he was just standing there, i was really scared of myself but i managed to make a fist like i was gona punch him good, and started to walk towards him normally, and through the punch, it was a weak one, i was just scared, before i hit myself i woke up.

I was still scared i just tightly held on to my girlfriend that was lying be side me and hid my face lol. I used to always have dreams of fighting people, with super human powers it seemed like, i first got mad, but when i relized im not gona win my heart sinks and i do get scared but then i wake up. I just recently got on to a boxing team, which is pretty sweet cause after this its pro boxing for me, i love it,its great, iv always been able to do it seems like i was meant for it. i dont fear too many things in this world. Iv been petrified in dreams before but never felt much after waking up. Any ideas, its not really important just curious,

After you go to sleep, you gotto wake up sometime! Your dreams are simply frightening you awake! Since you're not frightened of anyone while your'e awake your dreams wake you by the weak punch!

It sounds like a case of Dr Jekkyl and Mr. Hyde. Are you torn over a decision or choice that you are considering/recently made? To me it just sounds like some sort of internal conflict.
