please help me interpret my dream

i remember two of my dreams last night that were quite disturbing and woke me up both times...

in the 1st one i desperately needed to go to the toilet but couldnt find one anywhere so had to find something to go on that i could dispose of. I found a big piece of paper or poster or something and went on that. i felt disgusted with my self and kept missing the paper and my feces was going all over the floor and on me. i felt really sick and thought i must clean up this mess but everytime i tried to clean it, more mess appeared and even dirty ash starting appearing everywhere... i felt really angry and disgusted saying to myself 'i must clean this mess!' then i woke up...

Shortly after wakeing up and getting a drink i fell asleep again. This time i dreamt i was in a house with a haunted room, i knew it was haunted but tried to keep calm. suddenly a spirit/ghoul appeared from the corner of the room - it was human shaped but had no features, just a dark blue human shape. I saw it and terror struck thru me so i scream for help, suddenly it rushed into me and passed thru me and faded away behind me... i woke up and knew i had been screaming for help out loud as my girlfriend asked me what was wrong and said i had been shouting for help....

the ghost dream is a reoccuring one ive had before, ive had a similar shouting for help dream also very recently...

can anyone please help me interpret these dreams?
im sure they mean something very significant....

It seems to me that you have a lot of anxiety about how long it is taking you to overcome a obstacle. In the first dream...you are trying to clean up something that you have already eliminated...or in other words....put behind you. The faster you try to remove any traces of this obstacle, the more that it appears. In the second dream, you were in a haunted room and you knew it. Something still haunts you but again...when it strikes into you...it goes through you and fades away. Please give yourself time to appropriately heal or overcome the obstacle that you believe should be behind you already. The less you try to make it disappear, the easier it will be to overcome.

If you could remember what the poster was...(did it have an image or message on it?) this could be very helpful.
One thing for sure, there is something in your life that you feel disgust for and you definitely need to resolve those negative feelings and emotions. The ghost represents someone or something from the past that is involved in how you feel today. You have taken on some degree of ownership or guilt for something that has had a negative impact in your life. There is absolutely no indication as to the origin and so it is something that you are very aware of.
The dark blue spirit that passes through you signifies a threatening person (or situation) from the past and it affects the person that you are today. Whatever this represents is with you each and every day (behind you and has an effect on your daily life, here and now).
What should you do now as a result of this dream?
It is time to resolve these negative feelings and emotions...so if you have a conscious idea as to what this is about (and you do I am certain of that), it is time to acknowledge how you feel and start to resolve them. As you come to terms with this enormous monkey on your back you will be healed. You will never forget but you will not be as negatively affected. Time to face your fears and come to resolution OR it will haunt you for many years to come.

thanks for the replys. reading your interpretations brought feelings that had been bubbling away in my sub concious for the last few months to the surface at last... your right it is now time for me to confront them and resolve them. i have moved on from the main issue but i still feel residual guilt and anxiety from it, ive been trying to hide the past away but it still obviously effects me and did a great deal this w/e. i know who i have to talk to and reslove these feelings with but im scared of the consiquencies of bringing up the past again and how destructive it could be... but i guess it could be even more destuctive in the future if i keep trying to supress and ignore it...

thanks for your help with the dreams, i guess i kinda had a feeling what they related too but seeing it intrepreted and written out like that made a lot more sense to me
