really strange (warning for the squeamish)

I had this dream last night and it really freaked me out.
I was walking through different rooms and in each one there was a different kind of torture. There were a few other people with me I dont know. There was blood all over the floors. In the first room they would kill some of the people by skining them and then put the skin in a bowl so the survivers would see the bloody mess on their way to the next room. In the next room they had needles. One of them pushed me into one of the chairs and stuck the needle in my leg and twisted it until the skin came off. Throughout the whole thing I could here screams including my own, and the people doing the torturing were all laughing. In the end I finally got away and got help.

This was really scary and confusing. Anyone know what it means?
