Nails And Pins Under The Skin

Hello everyone. Lately I'm having the most vivid dream of having hundreds of nails (as in carpenter nails) and pins under the skin of my whole body. They don't hurt (maybe feel a bit unconfortable) and the more I pinch them out, the more they come back. Sometimes the inside skin in my mouth is full of sowing needles and again, the more i pull out, the more they come back. There's no bleeding and no pain, and the dreams are so vivid I usually wake up very disturbed. The dream always come back when I fall asleep again. This has been going on for a couple of months, almost 3, 4 times a week.
Does anybody have any idea what's going on?
