Not sure, some kind of conspiracy

Dad and I were at the Davis house. Jimmy was there and Dad told me to take him hunting. I wanted to swim. I didn’t want to hunt but I was determined to do so. Getting dressed to go hunting was slow laborious struggle. I could not find any hunting clothes. All I could find were casual play clothes. Maybe I could a find a sweater and dress heavy enough and dark enough to hunt in. I put the weapons in the back of the truck and drove Jimmy through East Liverpool. I parked in a parking lot near a restaurant downtown thinking I would get Jimmy something to eat before we went to the woods. I saw red flashing lights in the street. There was no siren. A police officer walked up to us and said, “Can you help us? We got a real mess on our hands.” Jimmy said he was a coroner so he could help. I didn’t see a body, but I didn’t see a mess either. I only saw a clean white sheet that was wrapped around a body. I thought that might not be a body at all, but just some sheets wrapped up. I don’t see any mess at all. I wish I could help but I didn’t have any expertise. Just something that looks very neatly staged. He left to help the police figure out what had happened. Jim had asked me to hook up the battery in the back. So I went to the back of the truck and there was a car battery sitting there. I attached the positive cable to the positive terminal on the battery and it sparked even without me connecting the negative. The battery was fully charged and was a lively one at that so I decided not to connect it, it might be too powerful.

After we arrived at the lake, I threw on some dark clothes over what I had on and sprayed them down with scent-a-way spray. We got out of the truck. I saw a person fishing. I would like to fish. It was a warm day. The grass was green; the sun was shining on the water. I wanted to fish. As we walked toward the woods, I noticed these woods only a few trees. How were we going to hunt in such sparse woods? I saw Molly, or a dog like her, tied to a tree by a long leash nearby. We were going to take her hunting with us. She was just going to sit while we waited for deer. How can bring her? The deer would smell her and not come near us. Why were we hunting in a warm season? Is this not the wrong season to hunt deer? We had to walk across some one’s shore line yard to get to the woods, would we be trespassing too? Jim said it was ok we had permission. Well where’s proof of it? I needed proof and a full explanation. This didn’t make sense to me. So I refused to go and un-tied Molly and grabbed her leash. I would not trespass.



My thoughts on dream:
The dream is about something is not what it appears to be. I am told there is a mess, but there is no mess. I am told to hunt, but it is not the time to hunt. I go to the woods, but there are no woods. There’s a body, but no absolute proof. There is no proof that it is ok to cross private property. It may have the look of being legitimate but there are indications that it is not and I begin to think what proof is provided to me is mere fabrication. Taking some one on a hunt represents helping a person achieve their goal but the person wants to go about this in an illegitimate way because the legitimate way would involve actual effort. Perhaps someone has the appearance of godliness but is trying to cheat? Perhaps someone is presenting something as truth but is only made to look true?

As for the battery being fully charged represents that I am ‘charged up’ with energy; possibly with frustration, that if I tap into, might I may not be able to control so I decide to ignore my frustration until I get to the bottom of what is going on. Perhaps this a reference to the primary races and the whole election process for President...I don't know. Refusing to trespass can represent refusing to hurt someone’s feelings.

I think I get the jist of the dream but if it is about something fabricated trying to appear legitimate I can't think of what it would be. Maybe one of you on this board can get an idea of what it could be based on the dream?

The dream starts off with you wanting to swim. Often I equate swimming with effort. The dream maybe shows that at the time of the deam you perhaps had excess energy... wanting to achieve things. Having lots of energy at that moment to devote to something. Not quite sure in what direction.

Dreams for me much more capture the here and now. I do believe in premonitions. Maybe not in the same way that you do. I often feel that premonitions capture the moods and situations in the very near future. Yet its extremely difficult to prove a case one way or the other. We all have pet theories. Proving them is not easy.

If a dream features someone you know who is important to you then start out seeing if the dream is about them. But as we go through life we constantly assess and reassess how our relationships are progressing. Dreams are part of the way the brain monitors our own emotions. They maybe hidden in code but they truly can represent the very latest changes in your feelings. But having said that any person can appear in a dream and that dream may not be about that person.
