Simple Dream, but wierd

Hello all, I'll keep this brief.

BACKGROUND
I'm a guy, and I became friends with this girl my last year of college. I've since moved on to grad school while she's completing her final year. We've managed to keep in touch since then. We don't see each other often, but talk by e-mail, msn etc.

For the last little while I've really been pushing her to apply for grad school/scholarships as she doesn't have the best self-confidence. All-in-all she's a cherished friend, and I respect her greatly. And this is why the dream is so shocking:

THE DREAM
I don't remember what exactly was said, but we were lying on the bed and possibly cuddling (I don't remember exactly). Then, all of a sudden, she reached over and started kissing my hand/fingers. From here we proceeded to kiss passionately until I woke up.

Although it actually was a good sleep, I did kind of feel a bit wierd/confused immediately after waking-up.

What are you thoughts on this? I'm maybe thinking that recently I saw the movie Juno, and my friend really reminds me of the main character. Perhaps this had something to do with it.
