Pregnant while still a teenager!!! Please help interpret

Last night I had a very interesting dream... that I am trying to figure out. I was in a hospital but I cannot recall the name. I am pregnant and trying to find a doctor to help me deliver the baby. I am pacing back and forth around the hospital and asking people to help me. No one will answer or say anything back. There are large crowds and no one wants to help me. I am about to go into labor... though I am not sure.. if I am even in the third trimester. It does not seem that it would be time to deliver this baby so I do not know why I am in the hospital.

On the way outside I grab a piece of pizza from someone holding a pizza box. When I am outside I am walking all over the place still continuously asking for help and if someone will get me a doctor. There are lots of hills and it is beautiful. I go back inside the hospital and see my little sister. I tell her there is a baby inside of me and for her to touch my stomach. She does and I can feel the baby kick. It felt real but in the dream I did not want to believe that I was pregnant especially at this age.

I thought all of this was fake in the dream. This ends with me finally finding a nurse. She tells me "YOu can go home now." and then I woke up hearing my alarm go off. If anyone can help me interpret this dream it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

At your age you would be frightened of getting pregnant. Your dream uses your fear to entertain you while you sleep.
My guess is that you had a bad stomach ache or a bad dose of indigestion while youslept caused by:
I grab a piece of pizza from someone holding a pizza box.
I think eating something (pizza) or eating too much caused this dream.
