My dead cat in tub screamed like a human

Ok so I had a dsh grey male cat (Puddi) for about 7yrs. I had to put him asleep in July 2007 (he was about 10yo).

I have since adopted 2- 10 mo. old kittens.

I am not sure if this was a dream b/c it seems so vividly real. I do have precognition and I have received visits before from my grandmothers, grandfather, great aunt, and Puddi.

I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I looked into the tub and saw Puddi sitting there. I said Puddi what are you doing here and I kneeled down. He just stared at me w/ his yellow green eyes. I said Puddi what's wrong...talk to me! Kali walks in at some point and walks right up to Puddi and sniffs his face while wagging her tail! He then opened his mouth and screamed 3 times but the screams sounded human not cat-like! At some point one of the animals distracted me and I looked away....when I looked back he was gone. Then Twix (1 of my new kittens- f) came in the bathroom and jumped in the tub in the same spot and was sniffing around like she smelled his scent!

What do you make of this ? Its really bothering me!

What if the cat is male? Do you think this could be a sign of serious illness/death of a loved one? If that was the case then why would I see a cat? I have had pleanty of visits from deceased loved ones....why my deceased cat?.....just confused!
