Default Floating and Wife Burning Down the House

I was standing on top of my neighbor's roof. It was very snowy and the icicles were hanging longing from the eaves. I thought that I could drop down and latch onto the eaves directly below me and then do the same before landing on the ground. However, I thought it might hurt. Then I thought, "This is a dream, I can jump and float down to the ground which is exactly what I did. It felt so peaceful because I circled the area much like a parachutist would had.
During the second dream, my wife and another man were lighting a torch. When it was lit, the flame was blue and it almost hit her in the face. I looked at him and said, "Why don't you burn her next time?" They laughed at me and began burning the floor in our house. When they finished, there was a greasy residue on the floor and my wife looked dismayed. I looked at her and said, "You made this mess, you can clean it up because I'm out of here!"

Cool first dream. I love it when I can control something in my dreams. Happens so rarely.

That second one has some disturbing undertones. Hope everything is well with you and the Mrs!

Dreams often use word plays and pack a lot of symbolism into quotes in dreams

"Why don't you burn her next time?"

Think about this quote. WQhat comnes to mind. Think about issues from yesterday and what happened. Just think laterally.

If something comes to mind then it maybe that this issue triggered the dream

------------------------
The dreams we have are very much related to the brain and how it devotes time to the pressing needs in our lives. The dream mind can decide to try to look at the bigger picture. In other words we may suddenly stand back and take a good long look at our lives. We may ask what is the point of carrying on with a job that we hate or a relationship that is falling apart. So in that way the intuitive mind may decide to take an objective look at the reality of our lives.

At other times the dream mind will be content to get caught up in the little issues in our lives. It may wonder if we should get ourselves a new hair cut or if we should decide to get a new digital TV. So the dreams we have will sometimes reflect the bigger and important long view but also expect them to get caught up in the seemingly mundane issues of everyday life.

Try to see what type of a mood you are in. If you suddenly feel as if you are thinking more in the long term then look at your dreams in that way. They are likely to link to general issues and about the bigger picture and how you live your life. They may reflect your own personality and some changes that you are trying to bring about.
