Open head wound dream

Hi,

Maybe someone has an interpretation of a dream I had last night.

In my dream I was talking with someone (my sister?) who looked at me and noticed that there was a gaping wound on my head. It wasn't bleeding, but it was obviously cracked through the skull because you could see clearly right through to my brain. The cut or opening was several inches wide and the color inside was beige. In my dream I thought: Wow. I showered like that this morning and used shampoo and even dried my hair and didn't notice that huge wound.' I even wondered how it was not infected because it was so large and deep. I was a little embarrassed and very worried about it and wondered who would see it before I could get it looked at and diagnosed.

And then later that night I did my taxes and got a tax return close to the $2500 amount.
