Need help with dead dad dream

I had a dream about my dad who has been gone for almost 4 years now. In the dream, my sister, me, our dad and our STEPmom all lived together. I was in another room and heard my sister telling lies to my dad about me which was shocking as in real life she is my rock. Next thing I know, I am in the same room with dad and he is scolding me and accusing me of hanging around with a male friend...saying he's your boyfriend and not right. I keep trying to explain that I do not HAVE or WANT a boyfriend, but can't get it through to all three of them. Then, they are all three confronting me about this "boyfriend" at the same time. It gets heated and my stepmom calls me names. I plead with them to go ask others about this as it is NOT TRUE. I was very close to my dad and miss him every single day. My step mom never liked me around the house when I lived with dad and her. Can you help interpret this? THANK YOU!

Hi,
Dreaming of deceased person alive means a forgotten matter will revive but dreaming about father has a special meaning too.It means a better situation is on the way.
If a deceased person scolded someone means he ( the passed away) has had a will or request and you haven't done yet.

I personally feel like I can relate to this. From my perspective you feel your step mothers resentment and probably wondered if that played in with your fathers relationship with you... women can sometimes be jealous or judgemental. Maybe in your dream you felt as though they all turned against you, from your issues with your stepmom or other women. I think it was just a dream as your father is in heaven and has no need to accuse you of something you havent done, as well as your sister who is probably your biggest supporter. I also think it has to do with abandonment issues. First, your parents divorced, that causes internal problems that can come out instantly or later in life, then you have your father who fell inlove with someone other than your mother, who resented or judged you unfairly. Then your father passed away...leaving you feeling abandoned or alone and maybe subconsciously you felt that way with your mother as well. Divorce and death are both common, so are the issues surrounding step parenting. Time, exerpience and maturity will guide you through this journey. Dont be afraid to talk to a counselor or therapists if you need too because it might help you understand other people. You are not a bad person...alot of times people are just misunderstood.
