Teeth in a finger ??

This has to be the most bizarre dream I have ever had.

I had a cut in my finger - a thin cut almost like a paper cut. But when squeezed two tiny teeth came out, they were like baby teeth and attached to a tiny bit of gum. As I squeezed they would come out like a cat's claw and then retract when I stopped squeezing. I was horrified. I showed them to my mother and she suggested I see a 'soothsayer'. This was the word actually used in the dream. I went to see the woman who had been suggested, but the cut had closed and I was dismissed by the woman.

When I went home I started vomiting. This too was horrific. I vomited a large spider, a black fish, and some kind of black insect. Everything was black and covered in some black material. Worse the creatures were still alive.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Can anyone shed any light on this? As I said it was the most bizarre dream I have ever had and cannot think what it means. Help appreciated.
