Bumped into a ghost.

In the dream I'm at my old primary school and I'm walking from one class through a quad to another class with a good friend of mine. Then it skips to the next day and we're walking the same exact route but I can just feel something isn't right.

Suddenly all these ghosts come floating towards us until they are actually floating through us. My friend and I carry on walking but then as I'm walking I actually bump into one of the ghost, like it were a solid person but I could still see though it like a ghost and everything.

What could this mean?

Ghost's often represent past events in the dreamers life, and feelings and emotions associated to them. When we resolve feelings or emotions associated with these events ( regardless as to weather they are good or bad feelings and emotions or good or bad events) we will often think of them. After all this is how we gain balance in our lives. We gain knowledge as we experience life.
Now, the fact that you bumped into the ghost and it felt tangible shows that feelings and emotions associated with this ghost of a person or event from your past (or from what ever the ghost represented), is something that you have not come to terms with. There is yet work to be done, on your part, to resolve feelings or emotions that are attributed to this ghost from the past.
Think about what the ghost looked like...If you can tell right off, what the ghost is (what it represents) then you will have a clue as to where to start your work (resolution). If you do not, then determine the symbolic meaning of the solid feeling ghost and you will have a clue as to where to start.
I am guessing...just a guess here...perhaps an old boyfriend or perhaps someone who caused you grief. Your thoughts?
