Blood in autumn?!

The dream started with me being in a play, i think i was the main actress. We were performing in a large auitourim/theatre and the play was so popular that people were standing in the passageways just too see it! After the performance i was talking backstage to another actor when the stagehand came upto me and said someone wants to talk to you. I went to see who it was and i knew it was a celeb(i just knew it in the dream). He gave me some flowers and congratulated me. He were very attractive, we got chatting, he asked me to show him(i'll call him A) and his friend(I'll call him B) round town because they had never been there before. This was just before his friend(B) came upto him, then i realised they were duo(presenters) and he was good looking too. The dream then suddenly skipped to the next day in the park it was autumn. It was just me and the lads. We were laughing at something one of them(B i think) did when all of a sudden a boy in a hoodie started shouting abuse at me. Then the one who had given me flowers(A) went upto him and the boy in the hoodie stabbed him! the hoodie ran off and the other member of the duo(B) ran after him while i started to give first aid to keep him stable. B came back and phoned the ambulance. they came really quick. Then the dream flashed to the hospital. I wasnt aware of anything-i knew A was in the operation. the doctors told us(me and B) a while later that we could see him. and when i did i just burst out crying! can anyone help me interpert this dream?
