Strange dream about my brother

I was driving down a road and seen his car parked on the street, he wa lying in someones yard, so I get out and go over to him, he he moving around liek he is having a seizure I asked what he was doing and he says call 911 I am having a heart attack, I say No your not your just having a panic attack, then I woke up. My dad suffered from heart disease, could this mean so will my brother?

well its not so likely to link to sopme premoniiton. Most dreams do not link to premonitions. But dreams often mimic in some abstract ways the judgements that we are making about life. Here you are saying things are diffierent to the way your brother says... its a realistic judgemnt.. look for some issue where your brother or OTHERS have been exxagerating the seriousness of something

You seem worried over some health problem possibly connected to your brother's situation and while there may exist the tendency in families to suffer similar health problems it is by no means a certainty that they will suffer alike. My late wife, her parents, and her brother, all died in their mid 60s but all from different causes; the only common feature was the age of death in each case. It is not easy to explain such occurrences. You sound as if you are close to your family.
