Blue pill

In the dream i had just run away from something, probably school, and im 16 and i often skip school. I was sitting in a secluded area with a few of my friends, one who the night before swore off of drugs, i have not. In the dream he pulled out a bag of painkillers to give me a few, they all had different engravings on them, not like normal pills, one of the pills he gave me was big and blue, it seemed to glow, way too big for me to swallow, the engraving on it was a whole sentence, and i dont remember exactly what it said but it was something like "it keeps getting bigger" or something more elaborate than that. After i read the pill i looked up at my other friend, this friend had a history of drug abuse behind him and was clearly mentally and phsychologically affected by the amount of drugs he had consumed, he's always seemed dumber, slower, and is diagnosed with things like ADHD and other hyper active disorders. But when i looked up at him he looked better than i had ever seen him, clean as a whistle, sharp, he didn't say anything, all he did was give a thumbs up and a huge smile as i was gazing at the blue pill. Then the dream ended.

Sounds like you have a conflict with a decision. The dream seems to give approval for drug use (thumbs up for the blue pill). Blue is usually a colour of sadness (I'm feeling blue) and pain killers are also in the dream. You may have sadness and pain and drugs will temporarily releave those symptoms, but the problems remain.

Dream or no dream, stay away from drugs.

If one dreamt he had tablets for his illness and the pills were useful and he was cured means he will receive benefits and goodness in the affairs.
If dreamt the tablets were not useful means he won't have any benefits.

If one dreamt that used opium or drugs for treatment an illness , means rescue from a problem and he will do something that causes an opening .
In other cases using drugs means a sorrow.
