I dreamed last night that I bought a watch for $15. This watch looked very much like a watch that was given to me (I believe it was from my aunt) years ago. Recently, my Mum reminded me that she gave me a bronze watch..It's not that I don't like it, I do... I honestly forgot that I had it...so I wore it a few times recently. I hate to see clocks, especially clocks that are stopped, because I know that means death. But in this instance, the watch was working fine to me. I also recall that in that dream, I was having concerns about being late for work, which has been happening recently. This dream occured this morning, so I'm wondering if it may have something to do with the anxiety of getting to work on time, as I have been feeling that way nowadays. What do you think?

Probably has to do with being aware of time. The only thing I might add is that you paid $15 for something that previously a relative gave to you for free (aunt gave you a smiliar one).

Way before me and my ex broke up, he had given me a watch, the watches that train personnel use...I can't think of the name, but it opens and closes. Anyhow, I had a few dreams about it...one dream was about it being on the wall and the wall turning black..I am assuming because of a fire. And the other one was the watch was swinging back and forth in the air and it was open, but still ticking. This watch is dead, but it changes times on it's own. It's pretty weird, but it usually changes after something in my life changes. Like for example, (some of you might not believe this or think it's coincidential) my nana's three year anniversary of passing away was coming up, and this watch turned to the time she died. It was weird, but it changed afterwards. But whatever...this is about your dream
I still haven't figured it out, but I think it could have something to do with time. I hope someone can help you, because I am curious too. |

Headinthestars: Wow. Having a recurring dream that signifies a change in your life is amazing
Thanks very much for your comments and help. I also think that I have been spending too much time working. I have taken steps to change this next month...I am very much a planner, right down to my recreational activities. Maybe the dream is indeed indicating to me the importance of time. |
