Death of a friend.

About 2 weeks ago, one of my friends died. We were never really close, just surface friends more than anything. Death is something that never really phases me, I've never really shown much emotion over it, but I can't stop dreaming of him. In the dreams, I'm with friends, just doing usual things, and then I see him. He looks normal, generally happy, smiling, interacting with everyone; it's like he's alive. But when I see him, I know that he's actually dead, and it's just that he doesn't know it. It's kind of like he comes back, but I know he's going to go back to being dead soon enough, and I get an overwhelming, desperate feeling. All but one of the dreams I've had of him have been like this, however, there was one where he was dead, and his ghost/spirit/soul/etc., had evil intentions, and was out to harm everyone, and we had to call for blocks so that he couldn't touch anyone, especially me, as I was his most intended target. This was only in one dream however, for the most part he's very happy and overjoyed to see me.

Although some family members of mine and a few aquaintances of mine have died, I never have seen any in my dreams. However, my mother strongly believes the dead can visit us in our dreams, and has seen her brother in dreams. I have also heard of mediums say things like this, and heard of the dead saying good bye to people in dreams.

Luckily, it sounds as though your friend is happy wherever they are, although they may not quite be aware of what is going on because their death is recent. As for your friend being angry, that was probably just a passing emotion since you only had the dream once and they are actually quite happy; or your paranoia about having repeated dreams about them influenced the dream. I don't know if you believe in things like this, but if you do, you have nothing to worry about, your friend is doing fine after death.
