strange dream

Ok...this is what I remember from the dream. I hope someone can tell me what it could possibly mean.

I remember being in someone's home (not sure if it was my own) and an owl lying on the floor...a couple of people I knew (or i thought i knew them in my dream)....after waking up i can't remember who they were....anyway...the owl was lying on the floor...someone raised its wing and there was like a round, open, GROSS looking wound. I vaguely remember people trying to get it to a hospital or vet but they couldn't for some unknown reason....and I woke up...hoping someone can give me a little bit of information of what this could possibly mean.

We all need a dream to wake us up. Your dream was a wking dream, however you needed to be woken up earlier than usual for some reason. Prhaps you had a pain in the side, or lay on your arm too long.
The only meaning in the dream is that you are a bird lover and seeing an injured bird is enough to wake you up.
