Bloody Children, "Don't believe their lies"

Okay so since last year I've usually have had this dream a couple of times a month, but it is starting to occur even more recently and I need help. =S
SO, My best friends and I are in a car. I am in the middle she is next to me and I never see who is driving. We all are having a great time when all of a sudden I have a strong feeling that someone is staring, watching me. So, I turn and find a girl about eight years old with long black hair and in a white dress, but she also has blood on her, like her face and arms and stuff. (you can tell she is dead) and than I hear a long slow rasping voice saying "Don't believe their lies" and it is coming from the little girl. Than out of no where I'm running into a dark and sinister house thats having a wild and crazy party in it. And when my best friend and I run into the house randomly different children come out of the crouds one at a time, all wearing white, are bloody, and dead. Say to me in the same voice "Don't believe their lies" The girl from the car is like leading them towards me, they all look like they need my help but I don't know what to do. And thats when I wake up. But when I wake up I find myself extremely cold. My dog isn't in my room with me, and I have a tingly sensation on my arm like someone is softly touching me. And I hear that slow raspy voice saying "Don't believe their lies." right in my ear. And I turn to see if anyone is there and I just see like blurry figure sort of like a shadow but not really...Its hard to explain but someone PLEASE help.

This is a very un-usual sort of dream. The description you have given sounds a bit like the grudge/the ring. You might not of seen this films but you have good image of these characters.
This could be someone telling you that your in danger, many ghosts try to warn people but most of us never feel that they are real.
This ghost is telling you that somewhere in your life something bad is going to happen throught a lie.
I dont want to alarm you but the figure next to you, could of been a girl of the past showing you an image of what happened to her in a car accident. Someone is lieing to you and she is trying to help.
Find out more about this person. She may just be your imagination but then again. Not!!
I really hope everything goes ok. Im sure you will figure this out.

p.s-This could be caused becuase your brain is becoming more and more active with this dream, and is trying to figure this out!!
