Question Dream of deceased husband and turtle

Hello everyone - I am a new member to this site and I appreciate any info you might be able to share with me about my dream. It was my last day of work at a job I've been at for 8 years. I left the job on good terms. That night, I dreamt of my husband (who died 4 years ago). We were crossing the street from my office building to the parking garage and my husband stopped to pick up a turtle who was slowly walking across the street. This turtle had a black shell - the veins of the shell were golden and on the back of his shell was a cluster of many diamonds glittering in the sunshine. My hubby called to me to check it out and I then woke up (very happy, I might add).

Thank you for your comments!

Well the dream involes generally good feelings and its about both your job and your now deceased husband. The trick is with dream interpreting is to see how to weave together symbols. Maybe this dream is showing you that your job has been important in keeping you busy and has filled the gap that your relationship with your husband left.

Have you started to realise how important your job is for keeping you occupied?

Emotions are very important in dreams. Often they can be very symbolic. They may simply mimic some real life emotions which was identical in every form. Think of the feelings of hesitation or anger. See if they copy the exact emotions you felt the previous day in some important incident. The following webpage deals with important emotions such as sadness, anger and frustration. It shows how you can gain important clues to the issue that your dream is about.
