Hi There
I am new to this - I dreamed last night that my Dad came to me (he is dead 30 years) He looked really well and happy he reached out his hand and presented me with a passport. Help!

Not an easy one to interpret but passport sounds as if you are about to discover more freedom to your life. Would require to know more to fill-in the blank spaces.
