So in my dream, I have a newborn baby daughter. She's a quiet, happy baby who smiles alot and has big blue eyes. I keep trying to find a place to lay her down but she never seems secure or safe from rolling or falling off, so I always pick her up again. I try to breastfeed her, but no milk comes out. I complain to my mother about this, but she tells me it's normal and not to worry (she's a nurse irl, which is a fact that carries over into the dream). At the end of the dream, I realize I haven't named my daughter and have just been calling her "baby" this entire time. So I name her "Isobel".

Hi,
To have a baby girl for pregnant ladies means , the born baby will be a baby boy. For non pregnant ladies means some blessing and happiness is on the way in a month or so.If you had breast fed her it would mean you would spend a big deal of money for a happiness.A baby boy would means a sorrow or an illness. Good luck.

Isobel is a nice name and your user name is interesting. I suspect you are conscious of your womanhood and possibly may have had an affair that brought about the dream but it does appear that you may have an underlying need for motherhood but harbour some (natural) doubts about your ability to care adequately for the baby.
