baby devil dream

Can someone please try and tell me what they think this dream means? Thank you in advance.

I went to a friend's house who recently had a baby; a baby girl. When I asked to see the baby she brought me in another room. The baby was on the floor, very flimsy, it could move its joints in all directions. It was not an attractive baby. When I looked closer it had pointy ears, long teeth and long pointed fingernails. It's mouth was filled with triple the amount of teeth a human being has and they were long and pointy. I went to touch the childs head and I felt that it had horns. The child's eyes were also blue, not red. I found that odd after reevaluating the dream.

Can anyone help me on this one?

My husband and I are also trying to conceive. So this dream really has freaked me out. Is this a sign for my future pregnancy?

It is not possible to give an idea of what the dream is about without knowing more about you perspective on having babies.
The first passibility is that your subconscious is using the dream to raise your level of consciousness towards waking.
You may be jellous of your friend having a lovely baby! You may be frightened of having a baby, or you dislike babies of any sex.
Take your pick.

Thank you for the reply. As far as my perspective on babies, we have only been trying to conceive for about 2 months. And yes, I am a little scared to be pregnant, just the fact that I will be carrying a little person in my stomach. But I do want to have a baby and I don't care what sex it is... is there another meaning behind this dream? Was that a devil baby I dreamt about?

Absolutely not!
It was an image created by your own subconscious mind to wake you up. I don't know the reason why you had to be woken from sleep. It could be something trivial. Perhaps you are worrying too much about your future baby and had some negative thoughts in sleep. It is likely that you were a bit stressed the day before and needed a vivid dream to wake you.
You should not worry about a natural thing.

Unfortunately I should warn you to have tests about sandrom Down before pregnancy and after that.Of course as you said the baby was for your friend.It is better to be prudent.
